Wawanesa used to be awesome. But they're not anymore. They're trying to be like the other insurance company for 6 months. With no hesitation I signed up for Wawanesa. This was 16 years ago and for the first 12 years they were great. For the last 3 or 4 years they're gradually increasing their rates and now they just sky high and with 6 month policies instead of a year.
